Our Services

  • Individual Counselling

One-on-one counselling services are available for youth (13+) and adults. These sessions focus on addressing personal issues, emotional challenges, and psychological concerns. The goal is to help individuals better understand their thoughts and feelings, develop effective coping strategies, and work through difficulties in a supportive and confidential setting.

  • Couples Counselling

Counselling services for couples are designed to address and resolve challenges within the relationship, improve communication, and strengthen the bond between partners. The goal is to support couples in building a healthier, more fulfilling connection; or, in some cases, to make thoughtful decisions about the future of the relationship.

  • Consultation Services

Makita Wiggins Counselling offers Lunch and Learns, workshops, and webinars for companies and organizations on a variety of topics. Makita also provides clinical consultation services and is available for speaking engagements at conferences, panels, and community events. In addition, the clinic partners with organizations to deliver counselling services tailored for BIPOC employees.
